Our well-known excellent cuisine is able to provide you anything from a small dinner to a multicourse menue.
As a special experience we offer you ice skulptures personally designed by our head chef. Moreover, we offer cold and warm buffets, dessert buffets, as well as home-made cake.
With our creative cuisine we promote products of the season from our region. The highest quality of our incredients is our first priority. |
Pork and Sausage come from our own farm and slaughtering. We recommend our home made sausage to go. Besides that, we use venison from the regional forests, lamb from the eastern Swabian Alb, and delicious ostrich meat from the Ostrich Farm Bosch in Boehmenkirch-Lindenhof, which is one of our neighboring villages.
Our wine cellar comprises a variety of renowned Wuerttemberger wines. Or - how about a freshly drawn beer from the Kaiser Brewery in Geislingen/Stg., which carries international honors? |
